    • I really like his work a lot. The Night Strangers was a difficult read, and I’m not sure it entirely worked. It’s much more of a horror story, which is not my cup of tea. It was well-written, though.

  1. I just ordered _The Boy Kings of Texas_ by Domingo Roderiguez and am looking forward to reading it. I heard an excerpt from it on _This American Life_ and really liked it. Currently, I’m reading a book that my 10-yr-old daughter bought, _Wonder_, which is really great if you enjoy books written for middle schoolers, and I do.
