Coconut Ginger Chicken & Vegetables

I know Mr. Sandwich won’t go for this. I know I will. I really want to see how Baguette feels about it.

It sounds delicious, and like something I can do. First things first, though–I’ll need to place an order with Penzeys, darn it!
